The EHH – Extraction Handle Head Support is an advanced extraction system with integrated head support, designed to enhance operator safety during emergency extraction scenarios.

Unlike a standard extraction handle, the EHH incorporates a soft head support pad that helps stabilize the head and limit excessive cervical movement during dragging or casualty extraction, reducing the risk of secondary neck injuries.

The system can be mounted directly to the plate carrier.

Manufactured from X-Pac® fabric and high-tenacity nylon webbing, the EHH offers an optimal balance of lightweight construction, mechanical strength, and durability, even in demanding operational environments.
